After some thought into the style and overall look of my website I found that the type of font would also be relevant to the overall look of my website. I browsed many different ideas and styles; I found that blocky font would work best for titles and the homepage. Though I also wanted another font that is going to be slightly easier on the eye and not uppercase. I did browse Pinterest (https://uk.pinterest.com/sharntalbott/fonts-for-website/) for my initial ideas but decided to use Adobe’s Typekit to actually source my fonts.
The font I have decided to use for my websites ‘headings’ is Bebas Neue. I love this font as it stands out as it is bold, but still has curve to it. Furthermore I decided on the font Kelper Std Semicondensed Display, the reason for choosing this particular font is because I think it appears professional but informal.
